The Hydro Power for Today Forum is initiated by ICSHP since 2005 and organized every two years both in China and partner countries alternately. The forum aims to provide a global platform for international stakeholders from all over the world to focus on the exchange and promotion of small hydropower development through cooperation among international organizations, developed countries and developing countries. Currently the Hydro Power for Today Forum has been developed into an important stage for experiences dissemination, policy exchange, project cooperation as well as technology transfer for international cooperation and mutual development of global small hydropower industry.
